SK pharmteco acquires a controlling interest in the Center for Breakthrough Medicines and integrates its capabilities with Yposkesi, expanding capacity and enabling full-service, end-to-end cell and gene therapy CDMO solutions
- 2021년
SK pharmteco enters the cell and gene therapy space, acquiring Yposkesi, a French CDMO focused on viral vector production. The same year, SK pharmteco invests in the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, an innovative and industry-leading cell and gene therapy CDMO based in Pennsylvania, U.S.
- 2019년
SK Inc. establishes SK pharmteco, a U.S.-based operational holding company for its CDMO business
